4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized use

5. Professional Use Requirements

5.1 Healthcare Provider Obligations

Healthcare providers using the Service must:

• Maintain professional liability insurance

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CNCF CONSULTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
