Meet the Founding Team
A doctor and certified vision therapists who built SuccessfulSight™ from years of real in-office vision therapy experience.
SuccessfulSight™ was created by a team that has worked side by side helping children, teens, and adults through full vision therapy programs. Before SuccessfulSight™, our founding team worked together providing in-office vision therapy in South Florida through Vision & Learning Center. That hands-on clinical experience shaped everything about how this program was built.
We did not set out to make just another app. We set out to build something that felt real — a complete virtual vision therapy program that keeps the personalization, accountability, support, and therapist involvement that make therapy meaningful.
Our Founding Team
-
Dr. Christina MurrayOD, FCOVD
Founder · Developmental OptometristDr. Christina Murray is a developmental optometrist and board-certified optometrist in vision development. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University and Nova Southeastern University, and her clinical work has focused on helping patients whose visual challenges affect reading, learning, comfort, and daily life. Her own discovery of visual deficits as an adult helped shape her passion for this work and her commitment to raising awareness of how often functional vision problems are overlooked.
SuccessfulSight™ grew out of that mission: to help more people get answers sooner and make full vision therapy more accessible without losing the quality of care that matters.
-
Kelsey NunezCOVT
Founder · Certified Optometric Vision TherapistKelsey Nunez is a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist and has served in a lead vision therapist role. Her work has centered on helping patients move through therapy with consistency, confidence, and progress that feels meaningful in real life. At Vision & Learning Center, she has been part of a therapy model built around binocular vision care, visual-perceptual therapy, and visual-motor integration.
Kelsey helped shape SuccessfulSight™ around the things families need most: guidance, accountability, personalization, and support that does not disappear once therapy moves into the home.
-
Jada AsheCOVT
Founder · Certified Optometric Vision TherapistJada Ashe is a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist and has served as a Vision Therapy Coordinator and Vision Therapist. She has been deeply involved in guiding patients and families through the therapy process and helping make complex care feel more understandable and manageable.
Jada helped build SuccessfulSight™ with a strong focus on family support, communication, and the belief that therapy works best when patients feel known, encouraged, and guided every step of the way.
-
Kate PinderCOVT
Founder · Certified Optometric Vision TherapistKate Pinder is a Certified Optometric Vision Therapist and part of the founding clinical team behind SuccessfulSight™. Her work has been shaped by direct patient care and the day-to-day realities of helping families follow through with therapy in a way that feels structured, realistic, and supportive.
Kate helped bring the therapist perspective into SuccessfulSight™ so that the program would not feel generic or disconnected, but instead would reflect the way real therapists think, guide, and respond to patients throughout care.
Why This Team Built SuccessfulSight™
As a team, we kept seeing the same problem over and over again.
People needed help, but:
- They could not make the time commitment for traditional in-office therapy
- They could not afford the ongoing weekly model
- They struggled with home reinforcement when it was not guided closely enough
We knew there had to be a better way.
SuccessfulSight™ was built to bring the same kind of thoughtful, personalized vision therapy experience we were delivering in office into the home — with more accessibility, more support, and more accountability.
What We Bring to the Program
Our team's background is rooted in real clinical care, not just technology. Vision & Learning Center's therapist training emphasizes binocular vision care, visual-perceptual therapy, visual-motor integration, and ongoing education through organizations such as COVD, OEP, and Emergent Vision Therapy. That foundation directly shaped how SuccessfulSight™ was built.
That means SuccessfulSight™ was designed by people who understand:
- How vision therapy is personalized
- What families struggle with at home
- Why accountability matters
- How therapist support changes follow-through
- Why progression should be based on real performance, not guesswork
How We Work With Your Local Optometrist
SuccessfulSight™ is built to work from real testing and real patient data.
Your local optometrist is the expert who evaluates the patient and provides the clinical data. The SuccessfulSight™ team uses that information to interpret the results, build the program starting point, and guide progression using real-time data collected during sessions.
That is one of the things that makes SuccessfulSight™ feel like real therapy at home instead of just another digital product.
What We Believe
We believe:
- Vision therapy should be more accessible
- Virtual care should still feel real
- Families deserve guidance, not guesswork
- Overlooked visual issues deserve real attention
- Therapy works best when it is personal, accountable, and built around the patient
We are here to help.
