Getting Started

What devices are supported?

SuccessfulSight is designed exclusively for iPad. You'll need an iPad (11th Generation or newer) running iOS 18.4 or later. For the best experience with attention tracking, we recommend iPads with Face ID capability.

How do I get access to SuccessfulSight?

SuccessfulSight is currently in development and will be available on the App Store in Q4 2025. Healthcare professionals can join our early access program by contacting drmurray@successfulsight.com.

Is training provided?

Yes! We provide comprehensive training for healthcare professionals, including video tutorials, documentation, and live webinars. Practice administrators receive additional training on system setup and management.

Clinical Use

Is SuccessfulSight FDA approved?

No, SuccessfulSight is not FDA approved. It is a professional tool designed to be used under the supervision of qualified healthcare professionals. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Can patients use the app at home?

Yes, therapists can assign home practice activities. However, initial setup and periodic assessments must be conducted under professional supervision. Home use requires therapist authorization and monitoring.

How is patient progress tracked?

SuccessfulSight automatically tracks performance metrics, completion rates, attention levels, and clinical outcomes. Detailed reports are available for healthcare providers to monitor patient progress.

Privacy & Security

Is SuccessfulSight HIPAA compliant?

Yes, SuccessfulSight is designed to be HIPAA compliant. We use encryption for data transmission and storage, implement access controls, and maintain audit logs. Healthcare providers must ensure they have appropriate BAAs in place.

How is patient data protected?

We use industry-standard security measures including end-to-end encryption, secure cloud storage with Firebase, multi-factor authentication options, and regular security audits.

Can patient data be exported?

Yes, authorized healthcare providers can export patient data and reports. Patients have the right to request their data under HIPAA regulations.

Technical Requirements

What are the system requirements?

You need an iPad (11th Generation or newer) with iOS 18.4+, an active internet connection, and sufficient storage space (approximately 500MB). Face ID or Touch ID capability is recommended for attention tracking features.

Does it work offline?

SuccessfulSight requires an internet connection for most features. Some activities may be cached for offline use, but data synchronization and real-time features require connectivity.

How much storage space is needed?

The app requires approximately 500MB of storage, plus additional space for cached content and progress data. We recommend having at least 1GB of free space for optimal performance.
